Job Description:
A District Manager will perform the daily routines of scheduling, account management and new facility prospecting. These candidates receive training and support from their upstream Chain of Command including the Regional Manager and the persons associated with National Sales Management at the corporate level. This position is expected to take direction from upstream chain of command and to provide leadership in their assigned District and area(s). A district is defined as a geographically contiguous area that is broken down into several smaller localities each being designated as an area. Each area may or may not have an Area Manager - who reports to the District Manager in all responsibilities. A successful District Manager manages his/her field resources (downstream Chain of Command) in a manner to ensure that the District and State goals for new memberships, new facilities, events and publicity are met.
